Returns and warranty


Purchased goods can be returned within 14 days of receiving. Goods in the following categories cannot be returned: food, toiletries, personal protective equipment, custom-made goods. Goods which have been unpacked or original package/seal is broken are not eligible for return. Returned goods must be sent in the original packaging with all the accessories that go with the goods. Returned goods must not have any unusual marks/characteristics/use/exchange of parts. To return the goods, please send an email to with the invoice number and the name of the goods to be returned. Or using the contact form "return". Once the returned goods have arrived at the warehouse, they will be checked within 14 working days after which the buyer will receive a reply on the return of the product. Shipping cost of returned goods must be paied by the buyer of returned goods.


The seller does not give any warranty on the goods sold. In the case of a guarantee given by the manufacturer or importer of the goods, the terms of the guarantee are set out in the description of the goods, on the shop's website, on the packaging of the goods or on a document accompanying the goods. Warranty rights must be exercised in accordance with the conditions set out in the warranty document accompanying the goods.

The seller does not provide a guarantee for batteries, accumulators, powerbanks, fuel, lubricants, impregnants and other consumables, the properties of which may deteriorate over time.
