The Terms and Conditions apply to legal relations between the user and the owner of the website www.milbarada.com (hereinafter the website), Almightychina OÜ (hereinafter MIL), in connection with the purchase of services or products from the website. MIL may modify the terms of use of the website and the prices of products and services without prior notice. MIL details. MIL may restrict or deny user access to certain parts of the website. MIL may remove or block the user from the website. The user undertakes to use the website, services belonging to MIL in good faith and in accordance with the law.
The condition for placing an order in the website by the Customer is to read the Terms of use and accept its provisions at the time of placing the order.
The website informs that in different countries there may be legal requirements for the possession, use and purchase of such products like knives, airsoft replicas, peperspray etc.
In the case of an order from outside Estonia a product purchased in the website, the responsibility of owning and using certain categories of products, in particular weapons, and the responsibility of knowing local law and complying with it, rests with the Customer.
All trade names, product names, company names and their logos used on the website belong to their owners and are used only for identification purposes. They may be registered trademarks. All materials, descriptions and photos presented on the website are used for informational purposes.
Users can earn mil points by making purchases. If the user has already accumulated mil points, they will be automatically deducted from the price of the purchase up to the maximum amount. The amount of mil points earned can be seen under the user. The shopping cart also displays how many mil points a given purchase earns the user.
All prices displayed on the website are in euro.
A product delivered outside the European Union may result in the Customer being obliged to pay a customs duty or appropriate tax in accordance with the regulations in force in the country of destination. For additional information, the Customer is asked to contact the competent customs or excise authority. The prices do not include delivery fees.
The products displayed on the website are labelled with the country to which they are delivered and whether the person making the purchase must be 18 years of age or over. Some products may have missing labels to which country they can be transported THAT still means the buyer MUST know and comply with their local laws for owning and or possessing such products. Product prices are shown in euros(€). The product has at least one picture. The image of the product may be illustrative and not all items in the image may be included with the order of the product. It is possible to add products to a wish list. If a product is out of stock it is possible to be notified when it is available again.
By clicking on the "add to cart" button, the product will be added to your cart until payment is made. The shopping cart will be kept as a "cookie" for up to 7 days from the last product added. Once the user has filled in all the required fields, it is also possible to make an immediate purchase by clicking on the "buy now" button which will redirect the user directly to the payment and the shopping cart will be processed based on the user's pre-filled data.
The payments is mediated by Montonio Finance UAB. It is also possible to pay by invoice in countries where immediate payment is not possible.
Purchased goods can be returned within 14 days of receiving. Goods in the following categories cannot be returned: food, toiletries, personal protective equipment, custom-made goods. Goods which have been unpacked or original package/seal is broken are not eligible for return. Returned goods must be sent in the original packaging with all the accessories that go with the goods. Returned goods must not have any unusual marks/characteristics/use/exchange of parts. To return the goods, please send an email to info@milbarada.com with the invoice number and the name of the goods to be returned. Or using the contact form "return". Once the returned goods have arrived at the warehouse, they will be checked within 14 working days after which the buyer will receive a reply on the return of the product. Shipping cost of returned goods must be paied by the buyer of returned goods.
The Client undertakes to use the Website only for purposes that are in accordance with the law and good practice.
By using MIL services or sending an e-mail through the MIL page, you are communicating with us electronically. By doing so, you agree to receive feedback from us electronically, such as e-mail, SMS, call. E-mails sent through the MIL page will be stored and a copy will be available if the e-mail was sent through the user who registered on the MIL page. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other information that we transmit to you electronically will comply with all legal requirements that such communications be in writing. All messages MUST BE written in English or Estonian, any other written languages will be ignored.
MIL logos are protected by Estonian, European and international copyright law. The images of the products on this website are protected by Estonian, European and international copyright laws.

MIL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-distributable license to access the MIL Services for your personal and non-commercial use. This permission does not include any resale or commercial use of the MIL Service or its content; the collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; downloading, copying for the benefit of any third party; or the use of data mining, robots, or similar data collection and extraction tools. No MIL service or any part thereof may be reproduced, copied, sold, resold, visited or otherwise exploited in any commercial manner or for any other purpose without the express written consent of MIL. You may not obscure or superimpose MIL's name, logo, or other information such as text, images, page layout, etc. without express written consent. Do not use meta tags or other hidden text. MIL's services may not be abused. MIL services may only be used in a manner permitted by law. The permission to use MIL will expire if you do not comply with the terms of use.
You may need a MIL user to use certain services and features on the MIL website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for accessing your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur through your user account. MIL has the right to refuse service, terminate your account, remove or edit content on the MIL website, refuse to honor your order. All MIL users must be 13+ years of age. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information entered at the time of registration. User registration must be completed with the correct information.
By registering a user on the website or making a purchase, the user accepts the terms of use and undertakes to comply with them. MIL may change the terms of use of the website and the prices of MIL products/services. MIL has the right to refuse to perform the service if, due to a technical error, the price of the service displayed on the website was incorrect.
