Made from durable stainless steel, this practical thermos is finished in Olive Green. The capacity of the vessel will allow you to take with you a large supply of warming liquids for an adult, enough to last for many hours away from home.The thermos is perfect for chilly days on the trail, on the ski slope, working outdoors or even during a long wait at the fishery. As it is just as good at keeping stored beverages cold as it is high, it will therefore be a great reservoir for cool refreshments and isotonic drinks. This thermos will therefore prove useful in winter as a source of warmth and energy and in summer as a reserve of energy and refreshment.
Included with the thermos, you receive a second cup (located under the cup-cap) and two stoppers:
- one One Touch (pouring without unscrewing),
- the other with a classic screw cap.
You can therefore use the thermos interchangeably with both stoppers, depending on whether you are carrying tea, a cold isotonic drink or perhaps a thick soup. The additional mug allows several people to enjoy a source of invigorating warmth at once.
It has excellent thermal insulation (for both hot and cold liquids) with high resistance to mechanical damage. The matt non-slip coating gives a firm grip even with thick gloves.
The contents (98ºC) had a temperature after:
* 6 hours - 80ºC
* 12 hours - 65ºC
* 24 hours - 50ºC
The test was carried out at a temperature of approximately 20ºC (+/- 2ºC).
