The F-45 Comfort breathalyzer is equipped with a precision electrochemical sensor with a platinum sensor that responds only to ethyl alcohol. The Comfort version is distinguished by a mouthpiece socket relocated to the front and an integrated housing that allows safe storage and transportation of the breathalyzer.
The measurement range is between 0.00 ‰ and 4.00 ‰, with an accuracy of +/- 0.05 ‰ for 1.00 ‰ at 25 degrees C. For correct operation, calibration is recommended every 6-12 months or every 500 measurements. The device remembers the last 10 measurement results.
The breathalyzer has a built-in alarm function, in case the permissible alcohol concentration of 0.20 ‰ is exceeded. The backlit LCD screen allows measurements to be taken even in low-light conditions and informs the result of the test with an accuracy of two decimal places.
The device's power source is two 1.5V AAA-type batteries. Thanks to the automatic power switch, the breathalyzer will automatically turn off after 20 seconds of inactivity or 30 seconds after taking a measurement.
