Manufactured by IMI Defense, the flask is made of reinforced polymer. It is designed for weapons from the AR-15 and AR-10 fixed butt and A2-type slide versions, including the M16 and SR25.The flask is equipped with a rubberized footplate with a non-slip texture, helping to stabilize the weapon while firing. The expanded design acts as a cheek pad.

The flask has been adapted for mounting a tactical suspension in the QD system, as well as for attaching a classic carry belt. Inside the flask there is a sealed battery compartment.
