The Vortex Strike Eagle EBR-8 model is a LPVO (Low Power Variable Optics) scope that allows dynamic shooting at close range and precision shooting at medium and long range.
The EBR-8 sighting reticle (MOA) has been placed in the foreground and equipped with illumination, which, combined with the 30 mm diameter tube, allows the scope to be used also in low light conditions. In addition, the sight is equipped with turrets, which allow quick horizontal and vertical adjustment of the scope.
The lenses used provide a sharp image without distortion, while minimizing light scattering. The lenses are coated with a multi-layer anti-reflective coating FMC (Fully Multi-Coated), which minimizes surface reflections. ArmourTek coating, applied to the outer lenses, protects the optics from scratches, dirt and moisture.
Thanks to its one-piece construction and the use of aircraft-grade aluminum, the sight is very durable and resistant to damage. The lenses are secured in such a way that the scope will not be jarred in the event of a recoil or fall. Water resistance is ensured by o-ring seals, preventing moisture and dust and dust from penetrating the scope. In turn, an additional anodized coating protects the scope from scratches and corrosion. Nitrogen filling prevents evaporation and also makes the scope weatherproof.
The scope is equipped with 11-degree illumination which makes it possible to work in various conditions, as well as use night vision devices.
