TheTH-UV98 is a handheld dual-band radio with a maximum power 10 watts provided with a charging port USB-C. It features a DMTF keypad, dual white-backlit LCD display, built-in flashlight and FM radio. The radio features a lithium-ion battery with a capacity 2200 mAh with a USB-C port and a charge level indicator. The TH-UV98 radio is equipped with CTCSS and DCS and simple encryption-scrambler. The radio's characteristic feature is Dual Watch, which means listening to two channels. This allows you to monitor two different frequencies - priority is given to the frequency on which the incoming call appears..The radio is equipped with a PTT - push-to-talk button.
